Life’s too short for a half rack
Looking for some Real Smoked BBQ? Well, you’ve come to the right place!
We love getting out there and seeing our customers! There is nothing like serving up some hot BBQ goodness and spreading joy like a smoke-pit St. Nick! The only list we’re checking is the one with your list of tangy sauces, sides and mouth-watering pulled pork!
Hub City Smokehouse & Grill is a small “mom & pop” restaurant that started in 2011 in a 5 table 900 sq. ft. section of an industrial strip center. After gaining a well-known name and following, HCS moved to its current location on Main Street in 2015 and we’ve been serving BBQ smeared smiles ever since!
Hub City Smokehouse & Grill serves a full breakfast, lunch and dinner. We’re open at 6am until 9pm Monday through Saturday and from 7am until 3pm on Sunday. We also have a catering coordinator for your special events where all you need to do is supply the appetites and we’ll do everything except eat it for you!
Heard of Man Vs. Food? How about Man Vs. BBQ! Our Hub City Hat Trick Food Challenge is 10 oz of Pulled Pork, 10 oz of Pulled Chicken 10 oz of Brisket, 3 strips of bacon, 3 onion rings all stacked high on a large bun. Add 8oz of French fries, 4 oz of baked beans and 4 oz of coleslaw – you only have 30 minutes so strap yourself in!
Hub City Smokehouse & Grill’s mission is to enrich the lives of our guests, our employees and owners. We do this through superior quality food and beverages, legendary customer service, sales growth, cost controls and treating our employees like family. We believe that our employees are our most important resource and our success depends upon creating and retaining a staff capable of delivering an exceptional dining experience to every customer, every time.
SHOT GLASS HISTORY
My first shot glass was purchased in 1976 at Walt Disney World and continued during my military career and my travels around the world. For years, they accumulated in storage boxes and closets. It wasn’t until 2011, when we first opened Hub City Smokehouse & Grill, that I had a place to display them. Now that my travels are few and far between, I have to count on my customers to expand my collection. So if you bring in a shot glass that I don’t have, you can trade it in for a BBQ sandwich.
