OUR STORY
Hub City Smokehouse & Grill is a small “mom & pop” restaurant that started in 2011 in a 5 table 900 sq. ft. section of an industrial strip center. After gaining a well-known name and following, HCS moved to its current location on Main Street in 2015 and we’ve been serving BBQ smeared smiles ever since!

Hub City Smokehouse & Grill serves a full breakfast, lunch and dinner. We’re open at 6am until 9pm Monday through Saturday and from 7am until 3pm on Sunday. We also have a catering coordinator for your special events where all you need to do is supply the appetites and we’ll do everything except eat it for you!

SHOT GLASS HISTORY
My first shot glass was purchased in 1976 at Walt Disney World and continued during my military career and my travels around the world. For years, they accumulated in storage boxes and closets. It wasn’t until 2011, when we first opened Hub City Smokehouse & Grill, that I had a place to display them. Now that my travels are few and far between, I have to count on my customers to expand my collection. So if you bring in a shot glass that I don’t have, you can trade it in for a BBQ sandwich.
